  4 visits. over 4 years. A consistent and resounding one-star review every time. If it were possible to give a minus score....but I'll have to be satisfied with giving them a verbal minus ten score. Reasons? One is possibly the most spectacularly unhelpful Service desk staff. Obviously they get points for saying "No. We don't do that." Or the other favourite, "I dunno." With no attempt to find someone who do know. We asked if our Sat-nav can be updated as the car is over a year old and we had been informed by Ford in Macclesfield, that it can be updated annually. (Ahhh, Ford in Macclesfield, an absolute pleasure dealing with that Ford Branch....even the sales people there would help even if you weren't there for them....unlike this lot.) But I digress. So while discussing the sat-nav, a mechanic walks by and says "Yes we do, just order a new sd-card for the customer." Cue "Oh. Ok." We also asked if the tyres can be checked as we're worried about fluctuating pressures and the fact that the tyre-pressure monitor lights up sometimes for no apparent reason. "We don't do that here, you need to go to Quik-fit" or something to that effect. Really? They eventually did grudgingly agree to have a look though. I was promised a call-back because the ONE guy who knows about Sat-navs isn't there. 48hrs later, no call-back. I will be calling myself in a few hours. On a previous visit, I waited 45 minutes for a reset so that the child-locks would not lock the doors as you drove off. I was told to bring the car in as the "guy" would take 5 minutes to do it. When I arrived the 'guy" was missing gone bye-bye sleepy-sleeps smoke-break. Nobody could find him but he was "just here a minute ago." Shambolic. Our first visit here was the warning that perhaps we should go somewhere else. Now with hind-sight, we know better. We were going to buy a Kuga,. Titanium Sport X with all the bells and whistles. Walked into the Salesroom one Saturday morning and there was a gleaming white example just begging to be drooled over. We drooled. And a friendly mechanic walked past, noted we were on our own and told me he'll get someone to come and help us out as we had many questions. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER, we left. Never to return. We got the Kuga but not from them. Nobody came to help us. We were greeted by many sales-types and bushy-tailed and teeth gleaming.. NOT ONE PERSON came to ask if we had any questions. Not one person came back to see if we had been taken care of. Another elderly couple walked out at about the same time as we did also saying nobody wanted to help them purchase a Fiesta. I have a picture on social media somewhere, showing on two visits two years apart, there was nobody at the PLEASE ASK ME desk, or whatever it is called. Even on Wednesday past there was nobody there, and nobody on the floor came to ask me if I was interested in the new Vignale which I was examining in minute detail. I was the for about 15 minutes. No interest shown by the one salesman at his desk and the other having a natter with his colleague just by the desks. This is the dealership that services our car. We are definitely not going back.
